Booking and payment: All activities must be paid for in full at the point of booking through our website unless a deposit amount has been agreed for large advance bookings.  A booking confirmation and activity information sheet will be sent to you.  This should be completed, scanned and emailed to us, posted or brought in person.

Cancellation by the client:  All paid for bookings are non refundable though it may be possible to rearrange dates.  

Cancellation by Go Adventure Activities:  We would only expect to cancel an activity due to unexpected staff illness.  If this occurs the client will be offered a full refund.  If you  choose to rebook with us you will receive a 15% discount on your new booked date.

When booking your activity we take this as confirmation you have read and understood the terms and conditions and Activities Risk Statement.

Insurance

Go Outdoor Activities  are covered by a comprehensive Public liability insurance policy, a copy of which can be provided on request.
