Hardest boulder problems: Dreamtime
Fb. 8c
Ki 8b/8b+ bloc,
Die unendliche Gesichte, 8b/8b+ bloc.
Dreamtime was
for sure the hardest thing I climbed this year. But the months before
I also established some hard first ascents. MASSIVE ATTACK fb. 8b
is still one of my hardest first ascents. This problem has only
4 moves, and is very powerful.
Just
four days before the dreamtime ascent I climbed the UNENDLICHE GESCHICHTE
fb. 8b(+) and after dreamtime I did VOIGAS an easy fb. 8b. This
is a tricky five move problem with a final jump into a finger crack.
If you have a little bit of luck, your fingers stick in the crack,
and then you've solved this problem.
Before it got
too hot, I opened HIGH SPIRIT, which is a hard fb. 8b(+) in my opinion,
because it felt much harder than the other problems. All the boulder
problems are still unrepeated and the grades are not confirmed,
yet.
In the summer
I tried a really big project in my home village Flirsch. Till now
I've only been able to do the second part, which is for sure fb.8b
maybe the weather will get better and then I can try to climb the
whole problem.
