Hotels

There are hotels and hostels all along the coast. If you are worried about just turning up, try searching the Internet for the hotels, accommodation, French tourist offices. Many of the hotels have websites and are accompanied with photos of the interior and exterior and the location. It is probably best to stay in and around Nice as the price will be lower.

We simply turned up at one of the many tourist offices, which are signposted. The reps will then provide you with a list and map and even contact the hotels to make a booking.

Camping

Camping is also a possibility although you will have to check as not all of the sites are open throughout the winter. The most popular are for campsites is Villeneuve-Loubet, La Colle-sur-Loup (further inland), Menton.
