Climate. Although possible to climb at Buoux all year round weather permitting the best seasons are spring (April~May) and autumn (September~November). The crag generally dries fast even after heavy rain although certain routes are prone to runoff from the plateau above. November is the perfect time of year to attempt those horrifically hard routes were conditions are critical but be prepared for some unusual weather as this photo shows (camping may not be advisable!!).
