How to get there.

Location.

Head on the A623 out of Stoney Middleton until you reach a petrol station on the left. Take the next left turn sign posted B6465 Wardlow. Continue on the B6465 until you reach a cross road about 3 Km out of the village. Turn right at the junction which should put you on a narrow country road that ends at a T-junction. Take a right turn at this junction and continue on this road until you see the old Cressbrook Mill on the left. Park on either side of the road opposite the Mill. Follow the public footpath behind the Mill, once round the cafe you should see Rubicon in all its glory. Enjoy.
